Position: German Account Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid) Relocation Package: Included Key Responsibilities Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies for German clients Provide performance-driven insights and recommendations to maximize ROI Build long-term client relationships via phone, video calls, and email Work towards sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience Requirements Fluent German (C1 minimum) and professional English level BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred) Strong communication, analytical skills, and leadership potential Interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising Compensation & Benefits Salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience) Sales bonus: up to €3,000 – €4,290 gross/year Relocation support: flight ticket + one-month accommodation + private health insurance support Permanent contract and full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday) Full training on Google Ads and sales techniques Career development opportunities and Google certifications Dynamic, international environment with social events and team-building activities Interested?
