Technical Lead Consultant

Industry: Manufacturing Location: Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in technical and operational leadership roles within the hygiene and paper products manufacturing industry. Proven track record in managing large-scale production processes. Strong understanding of raw materials, production technologies, and quality control systems relevant to hygiene and paper products. Demonstrated experience in regional market analysis and cross-border supply chain dynamics. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices.
