Compliance Senior

A boutique CSP in Malta is seeking an experienced Compliance Senior to join their close-knit team. This role is ideal for professionals with an advisory background who want to provide compliance expertise both internally and to clients, while advancing their career. This is a hybrid role and offers a salary up to €45K . Role & Responsibilities Onboard clients in a timely and compliant manner Monitor and maintain existing client relationships Supervise and guide a team of compliance executives, reviewing their work Support the MLRO and AML team Liaise with external authorities as required Conduct ongoing customer risk assessments Assist with the preparation of BRA and REQ reports Attend trainings and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements Skills & Experience Background in finance, legal, or AML with relevant qualifications 2+ years’ experience in a similar role Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken Advisory experience is highly desirable Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem solver Able to work independently and collaboratively Tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills About this Role Salary up to €45K plus excellent benefits Hybrid International and diverse working environment Excellent career development prospects Training courses to strengthen your skills Wellness and corporate discounts *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
