Technical Support Specialist (Dutch) - Lisbon, Portugal

What youll do Provide first line and advanced technical support to clients and internal teams, resolving issues related to software, cloud services or IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot problems, diagnose root causes, and guide clients or colleagues through solutions ensuring swift resolution and high-quality support. Document all support requests, steps taken and outcomes thoroughly; maintain clear records and follow up on open tickets. Collaborate with developers, operations and other departments to escalate complex issues, offer feedback and help improve service quality. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations for support processes, tools or documentation standards. Interact with clients in Dutch (and English as needed) offering clear and professional communication, ensuring client satisfaction and a high standard of service. What were looking for Native or fluent Dutch (C1+), plus strong English skills for international collaboration. Experience in technical support, IT help desk, system administration or related roles with ability to handle cloud or software based environments. Solid problem lving skills, patience, and ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable explaining technical concepts to nontechnical users in a clear, friendly way.
