What You'll Do Lead and manage the training department responsible for Serbian-speaking presenters and dealers Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs onboarding, shadowing, performance coaching, and ongoing refreshers Mentor new hires to achieve confidence, consistency, and polished live-show delivery Create and manage training materials, playbooks, performance benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks Monitor KPIs for trainees and existing staff; provide data-driven feedback and targeted coaching to improve performance Partner with operations, production, and compliance teams to align training with studio standards and quality goals Scale training initiatives as the Belgrade studio expands, ensuring sustainability and excellence Who You Are Experienced trainer or supervisor within broadcast, live casino, or performance-based operations Strong leadership skills able to inspire, motivate, and develop talent in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Excellent communicator; fluent in Serbian and proficient in English Organized, disciplined, and able to design structured training programs Analytical and performance-driven, with the ability to measure progress and adapt strategies Flexible and ready to support 24/7 live operations with shift-based training coverage Passionate about iGaming and building a high-performing presenter and dealer team Why This Role Matters Belgrade is rapidly evolving into a strategic iGaming production hub , with multilingual live-dealer studios and significant investment from global providers.
