Document all observations, incidents, and process deviations accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional ethics. Support daily operational tasks and assist initiatives led by supervisors or managers to reinforce a secure, efficient environment. Who were looking for Fluent in English (C1 level), with excellent written and spoken communication Recent graduate or final-year student in a technical, analytical, or business-related discipline - or comparable experience. Strong analytical mindset and ability to spot patterns, assess risks, and make decisions under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a 24/7 operation. Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards. Comfortable using standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) - familiarity with monitoring tools or surveillance systems is a plus.
