AML Manager

Niche financial crime advisor firm offering first class AML and compliance services-based Valetta urgently needs an AML Manager to support the two directors. Due to the company’s success a role has arisen for a talented AML Manager to join their team help with the work load and drive the business forward. As the AML Manager you will be taking the lead withing the advisory side of the business and offer guidance to their vast portfolio of clients. This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €75K + performance bonus depending on experience. Role and Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small but talented team of AML Consultants Confidently represent the companies AML expertise at client meetings and trade shows Support business development by managing and prioritising client engagement Assist with initiatives in order to enhance AML reporting Provide top notch AML/CFT compliance advice to clients Respond to client queries in an accurate and timely manner Conduct Business and Jurisdictional Risk Assessments and AML/CFT compliance audits Keep up to date with changes in AML/CFT legislation and polices Supervise the drafting and updating of AML and compliance policies for both internal and external use Skills and Experience Come from an AML Advisory background Ideally come from a managerial or leadership background A bachelor's degree Fluency in Maltese would be an asset Experience with successfully interacting with the FIAU and FCC AML Diploma from a recognised institution is an asset Sound knowledge and understanding of AML/CFT laws Articulate Proficient in Excel About this Role: Up to €75K plus Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, and Mobile Allowance Monday to Friday office hours (two days from home) Faced pass environment Working with senior partners *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
