Pre-sales Engineer

About the Role: We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who can bridge business needs with technology solutions. You’ll help clients understand how Cartrack’s IoT and SaaS products can solve real operational challenges, and ensure successful solution implementation and adoption. Key Responsibilities: Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements. Deliver product demos, proof of concepts, and ROI analyses. Support onboarding, integrations, and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with product teams to enhance features and customer experience. Stay updated on IoT, software architecture, and system integrations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in pre-sales or software implementation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of APIs, IoT, and cloud-based technologies. Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
