What You’ll Be Doing As a Year 3 Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Inspire and challenge : Plan, deliver, and adapt exciting lessons in line with the National Curriculum, focusing on engaging and interactive activities that bring learning to life. Foster growth : Help Year 3 students build on their knowledge and skills, supporting them in their transition from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2. Participate in school life : Be part of a school culture that supports professional development, school events, and activities. Who We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching Year 3 or in Key Stage 2 is desirable, but we welcome passionate individuals looking to make an impact. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons. A collaborative and positive mindset, eager to share ideas and learn from colleagues.
