About the Role: Were looking for a Process Improvement Analyst to improve efficiency and optimize operations in our fast-growing company. Youll analyze workflows across departments and implement solutions to boost performance and agility. Responsibilities: Map and Document Processes: Understand, document, and optimize processes across People, Finance, Sales, IT, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, and more! Interviews and Workshops: Conduct interviews and workshops with leaders and teams to gain a deep understanding of processes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Flowcharts and SOPs: Create clear and effective flowcharts, technical documents, and supporting materials to streamline company operations. Identify Opportunities: Propose improvements for process standardization, automation, and simplification to enhance operational excellence and reduce risks. Implementation and Monitoring: Support the implementation of changes, ensuring team engagement and monitoring improvement adoption. Governance and Alignment: Collaborate closely with managers to ensure processes align with the company strategy and adhere to best practices. Maintain Documentation: Keep documentation up-to-date, creating an organized and easily accessible repository for all stakeholders. Requirements: Experience in Process Mapping: Familiar with BPM, BPMN, or similar methodologies. Analytical and Structured Mindset: Strong ability to optimize complex processes. Intermediate English: Proficient in reading and writing technical documents. Proficiency with Mapping Tools: Experience with tools like Miro, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Notion. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to conduct interviews, translate data into clear documentation, and provide actionable insights. Critical Thinking & Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze processes and design efficient, integrated solutions. Soft Skills We Value: Clear Communication: Engage effectively with different teams.
