Your Role: As a Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our content moderation efforts, responsible for: Content Analysis: Review and assess user-generated content to identify and address any breaches of community standards and legal requirements. Coaching and Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to content moderators, empowering them to improve their performance. Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Training, and Product Development teams to enhance moderation processes and tools. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bulgarian (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech environment. Moderation Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards and legal frameworks related to content moderation. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy while managing large volumes of content. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for providing clear feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based tools is a plus.
