Your Mission as a Project Manager As a Project Manager , your mission is to lead and oversee all digital initiatives related to petroleum engineering. You will drive the integration of digital production, drilling, subsurface studies, and command center operations while ensuring seamless project execution. Your role will be pivotal in managing digital transformation efforts to optimize oil and gas production processes. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Project Manager Manage and coordinate all digital activities, including digital production, digital drilling, subsurface studies, command center operations, and training programs. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement digital technologies. Lead operational strategies related to production and drilling engineering. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects. Provide mentorship and training to teams to enhance digital competency. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Project Manager Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the petroleum industry. Strong background in project management, a degree in Petroleum Engineering is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of production and drilling engineering operations. Strong ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and stakeholders. Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in petroleum operations.
