Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – Bangkok, Thailand

About the role The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager will share the value proposition of TableCheck to restaurant clients in Thailand. Duties & Responsibilities 1. New Business Acquisition ・Proactively identify high-potential prospects and convert them into long-term, strategic clients ・Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients ・Expanding TableCheck’s presence in Thailand 2. Full Sales Cycle Ownership ・Manage the entire sales lifecycle including lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, pricing/contract negotiation, and closing ・Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with business objectives 3. Sales Effectiveness & Communication ・Deliver a compelling value proposition using strong consultative selling skills ・Conduct impactful proposal, product demos (onsite and virtual) to create demand and drive adoption 4. Pipeline Development & Outreach ・Execute outbound activities (cold calls, emails, prospecting tools) to connect with key decision makers ・Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs (5–8 qualified meetings per week / 20–30 qualified meetings per month) ・Maintain an active pipeline through consistent follow-ups and opportunity nurturing 5. Collaboration & Reporting ・Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality handover and client experience ・Submit weekly sales reports including pipeline status, prospect lists, and activity updates Qualifications Requirement 1. Must have 3+ years Sales / Business Development experience in below industry : ・Restaurant OTA / Bookings ・Restaurant POS System ・any other services / sales experience to restaurant clients 2. Have experience overall sales executions in cold-calling, client acquisition experience 3. Comfortable working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment 4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills & able to work independently 5. Passionate about sales to the hospitality industry 6. Experience in Third Party Dining apps, Table Management Software or Point of Sales System Background will have advantages. 7. Team leading / management experience will have advantages. Language skills (Must) Thai Native Business English skills in verbal & written communication Conditions & Work Environment Position Type: Permanent Full time Employee (Probation period:3 months) Salary : Depends on candidate's skillset and experience Working hours: 10:00〜19:00 Holidays: Sat, Sun and National Holidays Others: Travel may be required What else?
