Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 Strong understanding of phonics, early reading, and foundational learning Excellent classroom management and communication skills Enthusiastic, reflective, and adaptable practitioner Commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all pupils Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS1 to meet the needs of all pupils.
