Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of an Art curriculum that sparks passion and encourages exploration of diverse mediums. Support teachers in creating engaging and inspiring Art lessons. Promote the use of innovative artistic techniques and resources. Encourage student participation in art clubs, competitions, and exhibitions. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the Art department. Contribute to the school's focus on student engagement and well-being through the arts. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Fine Art or a related subject. Substantial experience teaching Art at secondary level, with leadership responsibilities. Proven ability to develop and implement engaging and inspiring Art curriculum. Strong understanding of diverse artistic practices and contemporary art. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
