Responsibilities: 1. Retail Operations Accountable for the application and execution of the Global Retail Strategy across APAC Contribute to the development of, and responsible for the execution of the regional FSS annual operating plan, ensuring the priorities are set to drive growth at scale and roll up to global retail priorities Responsible for regional P&L, direct contribution, all financial planning activities and achievement, including sales forecasting, monitoring profit and loss statements, implementing measures to attain target metrics and improve cost efficiencies where relevant Contribute to the development of regional long-range planning, inclusive of same-store growth and new store openings, ensuring brand equity gaps are appropriately filled and that total portfolio profitability is considered Accountable for all day-to-day business operations and results across FSS and staffed locations Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate departments on all FSS/staffed door needs, keeping stores up to standards (eventing, staffing and recruitment, inventory management, Visual Merchandising standards) Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute regional staffed shop-in-shop locations; accountable to staffing levels and location leadership, meeting business needs and operational/visual merchandising standards are adhered to Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional partners to ensure smooth rollout of all enterprise-wide priorities within the APAC region 2. Regional Consumer Education Accountable for the application and execution of the global consumer education strategy across APAC Responsible for the planning and execution of all required regional consumer education trainings across all channels within the region Liaise with the global consumer education team to establish content gaps where regional dependencies require support Support in identifying training gaps among all channel audiences (stores, partnerships, pharmacy, affiliates) and ensure an appropriate action plan is implemented to close them as needed 3. People Leadership Responsible for the leadership and development of all direct reports, building sustainable succession plans to maintain stability and growth across the business Accountable for supervision of all staff within their region and oversee sales, merchandising, customer experience and all operational functions Communicate important corporate initiatives to the team, ensuring full understanding of company objectives and vision Lead a high-performing team, driving sustainable and scalable results through others Manage performance issues as they arise and partner with the Director and/or HR as needed Oversee travel plans across the field team to ensure stores and concessions are visited regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to coach, as well as identify or resolve urgent issues Support the HR team in various projects such as recruitment and training as required Support the sustainability and social impact team and diversity, equity & inclusion team regularly to incorporate our approach into aspects of work Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 5+ years' experience in a Retail/Commercial role is a must, consumer education experience preferred Solid understanding of the APAC market and unique needs by country Strong understanding of business KPIs and how to influence performance, driving results through others and influencing positive change Experience in building impactful training programs that deliver results Must have exceptional leadership and coaching skills to develop people internally and externally Must be available for overnight travel throughout the region throughout the year Must be available to work/travel weekends occasionally in support of key projects
