Senior Sales Manager

We are partnering with a global logistics company to hire a client-focused Director/Senior Manager, Regional Sales to drive market share growth in air and ocean freight across key industries. In this role, you will own a strategic client portfolio, develop new business through consultative selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, customs broking, warehousing, and ground transportation. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, acquire, and grow relationships with new and existing clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, and industrial goods. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach and solution design to negotiation and onboarding, specialising in air and ocean freight. Partner closely with operations, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure service excellence and rapid issue resolution. Analyse market trends and client needs to tailor value-added logistics solutions that drive retention and wallet share. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 5- 7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, with proven success in air and ocean freight. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus. Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning.
