Maintenance Assistant

Job Role & Key Responsibilities: Join a permanent full-time position in Central London, carrying out a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform general property maintenance including carpentry, tiling, and repairs to doors, windows, and locking systems Install and repair guttering and drainpipe systems Carry out basic plumbing repairs Source and collect materials from local suppliers Oversee contractor work when required Support colleagues by covering absences and providing on-call assistance Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in a similar maintenance role Full, clean UK driving licence Proficiency in using basic hand tools Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Strong practical skills and good numeracy for measurements and calculations Desirable Skills: Expertise in one or more building trades (carpentry, plastering, tiling) Basic understanding of current Building Regulations If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please get in touch with us or apply below!
