REGISTERED NURSE - MEDICAL - NIGHTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse - Medical RN - MED Full-Time Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical Department will have the following job responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs. Documents patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards. Directs and delegates care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence. Ensures own professional effectiveness through education and professional development. Participates in the development of and maintains established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program. This position entails: resource duties, admissions, discharges, and wound care. Position makes discharge phone calls to patients. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse - Medical RN - MED Full-Time Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Education Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care setting. Credentials Required: State of Oregon Nursing license Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support. Compensation: $47.40-74.48/hour
