Pre-Litigation Attorney

Pre-Litigation Attorney Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a large Personal Injury Law firm that has been voted as one of America's "Most Feared Plaintiff Firms". We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys direct client interaction and is passionate about resolving claims during the pre-litigation stage. ABOUT THE ROLE: Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters in the pre-litigation stage Engage directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies Assess liability, damages, and case value to drive results Draft and review demand letters, negotiate settlements, and prepare comprehensive case summaries Supervise and collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to ensure case progress and client satisfaction. Develop strategic case plans tailored to each client’s needs Prepare cases for potential litigation or favorable settlement outcomes QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to practice law in California (required) 2–5 years of experience in personal injury law, with an emphasis on pre-litigation Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Empathetic and passionate about fighting for the rights of the injured You understand the importance of client service and consistent follow-through Comfortable with modern case management systems and collaborative tools COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 Generous PTO (including holidays, birthdays, sick leave, and vacation) Health, dental, and vision insurance with firm contributions 401K, profit sharing, and employer-paid life insurance Regular team-building events and catered lunches Modern office with standing desks, state-of-the-art tech, and Apple products Individual office space and supportive work culture Bonus opportunities, referral program, and tuition reimbursement Emphasis on work-life balance and self-care LOCATION: Beverly Hills, California (90048) Near "Carthay Square" and "Little Ethiopia" On-Site ***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
