Title: Project Consultant Digital Automation Location: Karachi (Saddar) Mode: Onsite Role: Full-time, Permanent Budget: under 200000 Core banking experience is essential Job Summary A Digital Automation Consultant is required to support ongoing client projects by translating business needs into actionable digital solutions. The role focuses on banking automation, technical integration, stakeholder coordination, and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities * Define and manage project scope while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. * Conduct project kick-off sessions and lead regular scrum meetings until project completion. * Gather, validate, and document business requirements with emphasis on digital banking and automation features. * Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. * Act as the primary technical and functional contact throughout the client onboarding phase. * Navigate communication across multiple organizational levels, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and advisory interactions. * Deliver customer-centric digital automation solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience. * Provide post-implementation support and manage customization requests from clients. Requirements * Practical experience in documenting and consuming APIs. * Strong functional or technical understanding of Temenos T24 and its integration frameworks. * Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Knowledge of banking operations, mobile banking workflows, and digital product management. Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. * Postgraduate qualification in business, finance, commerce, or risk management is an advantage. * Preferably 3+ years of experience in the financial sector or financial services consulting with exposure to core banking functions.
