Oil Filtration/Commercial Kitchen Cleaning Technician

Overnight Filtration Specialist | $18/hr + Benefits Location: West Covina, CA Area | Schedule: Full-Time Overnight What We Offer: Great Pay & Benefits: Start at $18.00/hour with a guaranteed performance review and salary increase after 90 days. Hours: Flexible overnight shift between 8:30 PM and 6:00 AM . Independence: Work an established route on your own in a professional environment. Training: Comprehensive paid training provided. The Role: As an Overnight Filtration Specialist, you will service commercial kitchens (restaurants, hotels, etc.) by providing our proprietary on-site fryer management service. You will primarily be responsible for: Oil Filtration: Operating our Mobile Filtration Unit to micro-filter and extend the life of cooking oil. Fryer Cleaning: Thoroughly and safely cleaning deep fryers. Oil Management: Safe handling and disposal of used cooking oil. Safety: Strict adherence to all kitchen and equipment safety protocols. Requirements (Must Have): Valid Driver's License (clean record for 3+ years). Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly. Comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Must pass a background check.
