The Role • Lead and manage the school’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. • Prepare financial statements, monitor expenditure, and ensure compliance with ESFA and audit requirements. • Manage payroll processes, invoices, procurement, and funding streams. • Work closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership. • Advise on financial planning and resource allocation. Requirements • Experience in a finance role (school/education experience desirable). • Strong numeracy and financial management skills. • Knowledge of budgeting, accounting software, and financial regulations. • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
