Position Overview Midwest regional operation with weekly 34-hour resets at home. Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week. 100% no-touch freight — mix of drop & hook and live unload. Typical length of haul around 300 miles. Assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths. 24/7 dispatch and maintenance support. Compensation Package $1,200–$1,400 weekly average pay. $0.57–$0.64 CPM depending on experience. $2,000 sign-on bonus (split: $500 first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days). Detention: $12.50/hr after 2 hours. Layover/breakdown pay: $100 per day. Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid PTO after 30 days.
