The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with class teachers to support nursery and reception pupils Assist in delivering structured and play-based learning activities Support children with SEN, EAL, or other additional learning needs Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, providing feedback to teachers Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily routines Additionally, you will help facilitate outdoor learning, creative play, and school trips, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
