About the Role Stilino is looking for a Cost Estimator to join their team in Katowice and support the preparation of project budgets, cost calculations, and bid proposals. This is a strategic role with room to grow — the company is planning to create a dedicated Estimating & Tendering Department, and this hire could be the starting point.
