German Speaking Customer Service Representative - Porto (On-site) Location: Porto, Portugal Work Model: Onsite Working Hours Monday to Sunday: 06:00 – 21:00 (Rotative shifts) 2 rotative days off Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Document interactions and follow internal procedures Collaborate with internal teams when necessary Requirements German C2 level (mandatory) Good level of English Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Availability to work in rotative shifts Starting date: 22/Jan/2026 Compensation & Benefits €1,300 per month €200 per month performance bonus Welcome bonus Meal allowance Relocation Support (details will be shared in the upcoming step)
