Account cum Admin

Our client is a comprehensive supplier specializing in distribution, marketing, and service. Their business spans multiple industries, including automotive parts and mobile wireless communication equipment. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoices, billing, and payment records. Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-up. Support annual audit and tax filing processes. Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage general office duties, including filing, mail, and office supplies procurement. Assist HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance tracking. Coordinate internal meetings and company events. Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin and Accounting. Proficient in using SQL.
