Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Access Anchor: Performing key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises at required times. Maintenance Mechanic: Carrying out routine minor repairs, general maintenance, and ensuring external contractors adhere to site rules. Safety & Security: Overseeing site security, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring clear pathways and safe external areas.
