Customer Service Representative – French Speaking Location: Porto, Portugal Work Model: On-site Start Date: 8 January 2026 Working Schedule Monday to Sunday – Rotative shifts Shift hours: 08:00 – 22:00 (Summertime) 07:00 – 21:00 (Wintertime) 2 days off per week (rotational) Role Overview We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international project in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in French Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions Follow internal procedures and quality standards Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction KPIs Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required Requirements Fluent French (spoken and written) Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in rotative shifts , including weekends Basic computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus Please note that an EU passport/nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal is required to be eligible for this role.
