This role is vital for the security and maintenance of a high-performing campus, ensuring that the environment remains safe and inspiring for all pupils and staff. You will join a dedicated premises team that takes immense pride in the school's facilities. Core Responsibilities Site Security: Acting as a primary key-holder, managing the daily locking/unlocking of the site and monitoring alarm systems. Maintenance & Repairs: Undertaking general DIY tasks, minor repairs, and supervising external contractors. Compliance: Executing statutory health and safety checks, including fire safety equipment and water hygiene monitoring.
