If you thrive in a global matrix environment and have a proven track record in large-scale project leadership , this is your opportunity to make a real difference! 🔋 What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead & Deliver Complex Electromobility Projects Oversee projects from pre-study to industrialization and market launch Manage cross-functional teams of engineers & project managers Drive innovation and excellence in product development ✅ Stakeholder & Executive Engagement Interface with senior leadership, steering committees, and global teams Ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards Provide strategic insights and high-level decision-making ✅ Project & Risk Management Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate risks and operational challenges Ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery 🎯 Who You Are: 🔹 Experienced Project Leader – Strong track record in leading large-scale development projects within the automotive sector 🔹 Electrification & Industrialization Expert – Skilled in bringing EV technologies to production 🔹 Strong Stakeholder Manager – Adept at working in global matrix organizations and collaborating across functions 🔹 Strategic & Results-Driven – Ability to navigate complexity, solve challenges, and deliver impact 🔹 Educational Background – University degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
