Junior O2C Specialist (French Speaking) Diabetes Medical Devices | Finance & Accounting Location Porto, Portugal – On-site Start Date 22 January 2026 Working Schedule Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: Saturday & Sunday Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team supporting the French market within the Diabetes Medical Devices business unit. This role focuses on Accounts Receivable and O2C operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, timely collections, and high-quality customer interaction in a structured corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for the French market Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments Handle customer queries related to billing, payments, and account reconciliation Perform cash application , dispute management, and account clearing activities Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and SLAs Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in ERP and financial systems Support month-end closing activities when required Requirements & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C, or Finance Operations (2–5 years of experience is considered a strong advantage) Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus Fluent French (spoken and written) Advanced English – C1 level Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 1,300€ (paid over 14 months) Welcome Bonus (French): 3,000€ Stable weekday schedule (no weekends) Opportunity to grow within an international finance environment Structured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities Additional Perks Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net, via meal card) Health Insurance: provided from day one (free after 6 months) Accommodation – The Game Changer Immediate access to a shared apartment (private room) upon arrival All utilities included Fixed cost of €280/month, deducted directly from your payslip No deposit, agency fees, or upfront rental costs Why Join Us?
