About SCRL SCRL is a mobile-first design platform built for social media and used by millions of creators worldwide. We're a team based in central Stockholm, working closely across functions with a shared commitment to quality, clarity, and craft. The role We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape SCRL as we expand into new areas. This is a hands-on role. You’ll take ideas from early stages through to launch, working closely with founders and the team to make sure things get built—and built well. A big part of the job is simplifying. Taking something unclear or messy and turning it into something that just works. You’ll design flows, refine interactions, and push on details until they are right. If something is off, you won’t let it ship. What you’ll work on You’ll own projects end to end—from figuring out what to build, to designing it, to working with engineers to get it live. You’ll use Figma daily and prototype your design with AI to fine-tune interactions. Some work will be small improvements. Some will be entirely new directions. In both cases, the expectation is the same: you care about the outcome, not just your part of it. Who you are You’re strong in UI and have a sharp eye for detail. You notice when spacing is slightly off, when an interaction is awkward, or when something feels unfinished—and you fix it. You ask why something should exist, not just how it should look. You’re comfortable working mobile-first, but you think in systems, not just screens. You move things forward. You don’t wait for perfect specs or perfect conditions. You don’t need a specific number of years of experience. What matters is your work and how you think. Your portfolio should make that clear. If you mainly think in wireframes and flows but don’t care much about visual quality, this probably isn’t the role. Why SCRL We’re a small team, just over 30 people, and we're growing fast.
