Role Overview As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Archway, you will support pupils who require additional structure, reassurance, and guidance to engage with learning. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement support strategies and behaviour plans. Your role will be central to ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and able to make progress.
