Who We’re Looking For: An experienced SENCO with National Award (or willingness to complete it). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset. Experience working with pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
