Security ( 4 positions ) Location: Kilimani, Nairobi Security (4 positions) Job Summary The Security Team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of players, staff, and club property. They maintain order within the poker club, prevent incidents, and respond promptly and professionally to any security concerns. The team works closely with management, surveillance, and floor staff to provide a safe, controlled, and welcoming environment. Requirements: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (preferred) Strong situational awareness and conflict management skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Physically capable of standing, walking, and responding quickly when needed High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid security license or certification (required or preferred, depending on local regulations) Key Responsibilities: Monitor entrances, exits, gaming areas, and public spaces to ensure safety and order Enforce club rules, policies, and codes of conduct in a professional manner Respond promptly to disturbances, disputes, or security incidents Assist in removing disruptive or unauthorized individuals when required Coordinate with surveillance and management regarding suspicious activity Conduct routine patrols of the premises Provide support during emergencies, evacuations, or medical situations Write clear and accurate incident reports Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times Email Subject ; Security Team Application
