What Youll Be Doing Own the day-to-day execution of spot and contract token listings and delistings, partnering closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth, reliable operations. Strengthen and continuously improve the core product infrastructure supporting the listing and delisting lifecycle. Lead and coordinate operational initiatives such as airdrops and token migrations, ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time. Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and risk management across token listing and delisting activities. What Were Looking For Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in Product Operations or a similar role. Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as product, engineering, operations, sales, marketing, design, and data analytics. Strong interest in the Web3, crypto, and blockchain ecosystem. Solid logical thinking, clear communication skills, and a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong ownership of products and processes.
