Shuffler Supervisor

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Shuffler Supervisor for their Gaming studios in Belgrade, Serbia . Position: Shuffler Supervisor Location: Belgrade, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary About the role. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shuffler Supervisor to ensure the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of game tables. In this role, you will oversee daily table operations, manage equipment and inventory, support and train shufflers, and respond swiftly to any operational issues to maintain the highest standards of game integrity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and shuffle playing cards accurately and on time, in full compliance with internal procedures Monitor the quality of playing cards and ensure proper functionality of equipment, including card shoes, storage boxes, and tables Oversee daily openings and closings of game tables in line with operational standards Schedule daily tasks, manage pits, and conduct performance reviews to ensure optimal team performance Train, support, and motivate new shufflers, fostering a productive and professional work environment Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected issues during shifts to maintain operational continuity. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Casino Live or Online industry Solid understanding of casino games and operational procedures Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian Good PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage Knowledge of casino surveillance and control room operations is a plus Internal candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of relevant internal experience.
