Accounts Senior

Outreach Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client a boutique, forward-thinking accountancy and advisory firm based in Malta. The firm supports a diverse and international client base, including SMEs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, with tailored financial and business advisory services. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GAPSME Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly management accounts Oversee VAT return preparation and bookkeeping tasks Assist with corporate and personal tax computations and returns Act as a point of contact for a range of clients, providing financial insight and advice Mentor and review work of junior team members Support process improvements and ad hoc client projects Requirements ACCA / ACA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar environment (accountancy practice or advisory firm) Solid understanding of IFRS and/or GAPSME accounting standards Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and related tools Fluent in English (spoken and written); Maltese is an asset but not essential Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships Already based in Malta or open to relocation Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Exposure to international and entrepreneurial clients Supportive, people-focused team culture Professional development and career progression opportunities Ready to take your career to the next level?
