Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to source qualified job candidates based on established criteria, in order to help our clients reduce time to hire. Responsibilities Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn) Network with candidates offline during job fairs Screen resumes and job applications Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations Requirements Ability to conduct the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing) Prior experience conducting interviews (phone or in-person) or inbound/outbound call centre experience Ability to evaluate and rank candidates based on job responsibilities and and qualifications Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and the use of social media for recruiting is an asset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Solid organizational and time-management abilities
