Project Manager

Salary Range: VND 45–55 million Location: Hai Duong KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Management & Requirement Coordination Ensure customer orders, delivery schedules, and related requests are confirmed accurately and on time, with regular updates reflecting the companys operational status. Receive and support visiting customers in a professional manner. Maintain effective communication with clients and proactively address project-related issues or concerns. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination Lead weekly project meetings for assigned programs to track progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are met as planned. Participate in production and shipment coordination meetings to support an on-time delivery performance of over 90%. Manage and control the implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring all cost impacts (CIAs) are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders in advance. Attend weekly quality meetings and communicate customer quality requirements, feedback, and expectations in a timely manner. Organize and facilitate urgent or ad-hoc meetings when necessary, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve critical project issues efficiently. New Product Introduction (NPI) Monitor and manage the end-to-end NPI process for assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and full alignment with customer timelines and requirements. Administrative & Other Duties Perform daily administrative tasks and undertake other assignments as directed by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Electronics, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. More than 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry. Proven experience working on Apple-related projects. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent listening, reading, and communication skills. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with experience in report preparation and in-depth data analysis. Highly responsible and dependable, with strong communication, planning, leadership, and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, adaptable, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset. Ability to remain professional, focused, and composed under pressure. Formal training or certification in project management methodologies is preferred. Overseas working experience is a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Competitive salary with housing allowance. Overtime allowance ranging from VND 5–6 million per month. 13th-month salary. Full social insurance based on gross salary. Annual leave: 12 days per year.
