Customer Service Representative (Dutch) - Lisbon, Portugal

What youll do Handle customer enquiries in Dutch (and English when needed), delivering friendly, accurate and efficient support across different channels (phone, email, chat). Assist clients by answering questions, resolving issues, explaining services or products, and maintaining high standards of customer experience. Maintain and update client records and interaction logs using internal software ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support, etc.) to manage cases, escalate problems when needed, and ensure a smooth customer journey. Provide clear, professional communication and maintain a positive, clientfocused attitude in a multicultural, multilingual environment. What were looking for Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken). Good command of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, support, helpdesk or similar roles is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills patient, empathetic, and able to build rapport with clients. Good organisational skills, ability to work with databases or ticketing systems, and attention to detail.
