Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines in daily operations and decision-making. Establish clear objectives, standards, and procedures across the team to ensure alignment with business goals and operational requirement. Promote open and effective communication through regular staff meetings, status updates, and individual discussion Develop, recommend, and implement purchasing, planning, and logistics procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and cost effectiveness. Oversee the entire production planning function, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination with manufacturing teams. Plan and control raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production and optimized inventory levels. Manage finished goods inventory to balance customer service levels with inventory holding costs. Supervise inventory management, warehousing activities, and storage optimization Coordinate import and export activities to support timely material availability and product delivery. Continuously monitor and improve planning, inventory, and logistics processes to support operational excellence and business growth. Requirements: Bachelors degree in relevant field. Minimum 5 years of direct manufacturing management experience. Good in ERP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
