Accountant

Job Purpose: To ensure accurate financial records, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and timely preparation of financial reports to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed. Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements. Track receivables and ensure timely collections. Support internal and external audits. Fund management Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA / ACCA certification (or in progress) is preferred. 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Tally or ERP system Location: Bagamoyo
