About the School The school places inclusion at the heart of its ethos and has a strong reputation for pastoral care and student wellbeing. The Role • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school. • Develop and implement EHCPs and individual support plans. • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies. • Monitor progress and outcomes for students with SEND. • Provide guidance and training to staff. Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete). • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
