Danish Speaking Travel Consultant/Hybrid or On-site Location: Estonia (Hybrid / On-site) About the Role As a Travel Consultant (Customer Support Specialist) , you will provide excellent customer service to travelers via phone and email , supporting them with flight and rail bookings, rebookings, cancellations, hotel reservations, and general travel-related inquiries. Your goal is to ensure every customers journey runs smoothly by finding the best solution for their individual needs. Language Requirements Danish: C1/C2 or Fluent English: B2 (written & verbal) Working Schedule Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 / Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 Shift base, 5 days in one week, s hifts of 8.5 hours , Monday to Sunday 365 days a year Bank holidays paid double Work Model Hybrid or On-site (office located in city center) Full-time or Part-time available Minimum 50% (20 hours/week) Training period is full-time only After training, flexibility to work 50–100% Salary & Benefits Gross salary: €1,900 / month Bonus: up to €250 / month For part-t,me %50 applied Additional benefits by location: Estonia: Additional health insurance Expense subsidy €60 net/month (phone, internet, parking, sports, etc.) What We Offer Supportive and friendly international team Stable role with flexibility in working hours and contract type
