About the Role As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and platform standards. Responsibilities Monitor and review reported content such as text, images, and videos Evaluate content according to platform policies and guidelines Make quick and accurate decisions regarding flagged content Identify emerging trends and escalate sensitive issues Work with internal teams to continuously improve content review processes Who You Are Fluent in Arabic (C2) and proficient in English (B2+) Strong analytical and decision-making skills Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or disturbing content Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to team goals Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Work Conditions 40 hours/week on a rotating shift schedule Full paid training provided 12-month renewable contract with opportunities for long-term growth On-site role in Lisbon, Portugal Relocation Support Available company-provided accommodation Airport pickup and onboarding assistance provided Eligibility Requirements Candidates must have valid documentation to work in Portugal: EU ID Portuguese Residence Card
