B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Dutch & English) – Fully Remote We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Dutch and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Bulgaria, offering a stable salary and performance-based bonus. Role Overview In this role, you will: Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets Requirements Native-level Dutch (mandatory) and fluent English Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset What We Offer Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00) Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria) Relocation offered Gross monthly salary: 4,300 BGN + bonus Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN International working environment and long-term career opportunities Help to find the house, 10 days or more of apartment paid by the company and if needed anticipation of the first salary Start date: January 2026 Location: Remote, Bulgaria To apply or receive more information, please contact: marco.velenosi@cbtalents.com WhatsApp: +39 334 619 6398
