SEN Teaching Assistant – Ealing

We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing, starting as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and making a meaningful difference to their daily school experience. The school supports pupils with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. Staff work closely together to ensure pupils receive consistent, personalised support within a nurturing and structured environment. Leadership places strong emphasis on inclusion, teamwork, and staff wellbeing. The Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to support pupils both in the classroom and through targeted interventions. You may work one-to-one with pupils or support small groups, helping them access learning, develop communication skills, and build independence. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning, ensuring pupils feel safe, supported, and confident throughout the school day.
